Before you write, the in-app guide (Settings → Help & Setup) covers setup, room correction and troubleshooting.

When you write, it helps to include your phone model and the app version (Settings → About). The "Send feedback" button in the app adds these for you.

Purchases: to restore a purchase on a new phone, open the app and tap "Restore purchase". Refunds are handled by Apple or Google.
